Swapped my 406 hdi for a vitara grand 2.5 v6 anybody got one if so what miles to the gallon do you get.

I'm sorry I don't know, but it will be more if you remove the roof rack, and less if you go for a bit more agressive tyres. I get around 30 mgp from a 200tdi LR 90, I'd hope you'll better that with the lighter more aerodynamic Suzuki. Keep us posted on what you get.
