    Default Snake venom and blood.

    This video dramaticaly shows the effect of hemotoxic snake venom on blood.

    I wonder if this is how they make black pudding in Yorkshire.

    That doesn't happen to living plasma/blood though, quite the opposite. On living blood cells hemotoxic venom actually stops blood from coagulating and causes bleeding from mucous membranes and severe internal hemorrhaging. In short it is like being slowly digested from the inside out.

    And black pudding congeals when you heat it (preferably in a bain marie). Or on the skillet if you make blood pancakes

    You wouldn't want to eat black pudding with Russell's viper venom in it. That'd be bad on an epic scale.

    Depends. Is that venom heat labile?

    Depends if the venom tastes better, black pudding is well bad lol.
