Googled Biolite to see how the new must-have stove was doing.

Came across a site on first page of Google that wasn't quite what I was expecting - teach me to read the headings more carefully....

One of my workmates used to run a gym and said those things only work short term as your muscles get used to the vibration and its stops acting like a work out. On the plus side it would be fun to lie back and watch your belly jiggle for a laugh
