what are the leather work tools called that........

hi guys, what are the leather work tools called that put a groove around the edge of leather say 5mm in from the edge and where would i find one cheap ?

ok, but i don't want to use it for marking out stitching line, just to put a "border" around an edge. is it the same tool ?

Yup... the groove can be for stitching or purely decorative
