I'm about to go on a weekend course in Helsinki with the Guild today, it's about springtime cooking in the wild. Last August I attended a week long course in Muotkatunturi wilderness area in northern Finnish Lappland. Luckily the weather was ok (although a bit frosty towards the wee hours) and berries were plenty (berries and mushrooms was all we ate), and everyone got really nice memories.
