    Default first axe mask

    had a go at making my first axe mask today for my SFA. made of 3mm veg tan leather.

    hi...good effort m8....brings back memories.....first thing i ever made was axe mask too after seeing mears using one. i still use it on my old wilkinson sword hatchet. have fun!

    Might sound a bit dumb..Coz I am ..but can you explane the markings on the leather..because I want to make a cover for my ChipChop but I have never done any leatherwork before...this will be my first time so be gentle with me..please
