Default Praise where Praise is due

We always see threads on companies that give terrible service so I thought Id start this one about the great service that I recieved form Led Lenser.

I had an H7 head torch that the zoom had packed in and it turned out to be the Rubber O ring that had split so I contacted Ledco Ltd to see if they could help me with sourcing an replacement O ring.

    Heres there reply

    HI Russ,

Thank you for your email, I regret to advise you that this is not a part
we have available at all, as we have not been advised of one braking.

If you would care to return your torch to the Kingswick House address below
we will check it out and see what we are able to do to assist you.

When returning the torch, please ensure you let us have your details, to enable us to
send the torch back to you. We would ask that you remove the batteries first before
sending and add a note explaining the problem.

I hope to receive this shortly, so we can help you as soon as possible.

And the good news was they have sent me a brand new replacement head torch so praise where its due its so nice to have a Company that cares about its customers

I should have contacted them when I rotated the head to focus my Police Tech and it crushed the LED module!

I love hearing about good customer service, thanks for sharing!
