    Default Hi From Bristol

    Hi

    I've recently started getting back in to bushcraft / hand carving etc and re-learning old skills that i've forgotten, Slowely building up a few things i want and learn what to do with them.

    Current project is a hobo stove, not that i actually need one but more that i want to make one and see how they go.

    I'm starting out but have a few basic things that i've had a while, just bought a new mora knife so i can see how i get on with it and not worry to much about dinging or losing it!.

    I used to be an engineer before moving in to IT and have renovated a couple of houses so not totally "cack" handed so its good to get back to using tools and getting back to having some outdoor fun.

    over the next couple of months want to get a basic kit together and have a night or two under the stars but will have to see where its possible to do that these days.

    Everyone on here has a vast range of experience and different amount of kit. Only joined up myself several months back and the more I learn the more I realise how much I don't yet know
