    Default Burdock

    Hi

I fancy making my own dandelion and burdock this year - does anyone have a recipe and what does burdock look like. There must be some around here, I living in the middle of the countryside!

    Thanks

    Ant

If you are living in the countryside, get yourself a copy of 'Food for free' by Richard Mabey...prints for plant ID etc there is a Colins Gem version and the full version, well recommended....
