hiya gang now

been making a mess in my mums kitchen and been really experimental

well i hsve made a beef stew come pasta and tamato dish

so what u do

well u chop up

carrots
spuds
sweet spuds
onions
garlic
cellary (sp)
herbs
the i added a cheep bottle of red plonk
then added the pasta
and a bottle of my grans home made secret recipe tomato pure come sauce which has an alcoholic kick to it
And don't for get to add the stewing beef chunks like I did
and let it all cook for few hours

and hey presto dunn

anyways just thought i would share
