Forum playing up?

Hi all,
Just switched on the forum and seem to be having a problem getting past page 1 of "New posts" when i click on page 2 i am getting a feedback message saying "Sorry no matches" as if i am using search feature, just wondered if anybody else was getting it or it is my relic PC playing up again.Cheers.

This can happen if you spend a lot of time on the first page lingering as such, it's normal.

It happens to me as soon as I enter the site ~ I go to the last page first and work my way forward. Why that last page sometimes doesn't exist

To stop this, at the top of this thread, click on display and then click hybrid mode, then you will get the latest posts first.

Sorry, poor explanation on my part. I come in from the main forum on page one and purposely click through the pages, checking to see whether I need to reply to anything, until I get to the oldest postings ~ I then back click through to the more recent postings, replying as/when/if needed.

When I've encountered this issue the new post count on the first page will be something like 1 to 25 of 54 and page two will be 25 to 50 ~ page three shows as the highlighted issue and four threads are invisible. If four (as an example) threads are then added to the list it becomes 1 to 25 of 58 and 25 to 58 ~ page three is now viewable but has just four of the eight threads you'd expect to see and the bottom left thread count would show as 50 to 54.

My own opinion is that it's probably Admin and/or Mod stuff ~ either chatter or removed/spam threads. Prior to subscription I used to see the occassional Full Member thread title in the 'new posts alert thing', if I clicked to view it was no longer there. I guess that this is probably the same sort of thing
