    Check these out, loads of places sell em. Half the price and bigger.
    The lid and base are waterproofed too.

    I love the mojo that old-fashioned canvas rucksacks have and this one looks like a great one. But I've heard that they can be hard on one's back and cause a fair bit of soreness and backache. How do you find carrying it over a longish day trip with your usual loadout, Wayland?

    I think I'd only use it for an overnight or a day pack but I find it quite comfortable if the load isn't too heavy.



    For longer trips I take my Cyclops Roc or maybe now my Crusader (Both also made of canvas.)
