Default Outdoor / Expedition First Aid Course

Our next First Aid / Med Course is running on 21st - 23rd October in Sussex.

The Exploration Medicine course covers the core elements of dealing with problems in an outdoor setting, with coverage of issues and nasties that you might find if your travels take you to far off places.

The course satisfies the requirements for persons working and leading groups outdoors - as required by many NGBs. It also includes an HSE Approved Emergency First Aid at Work certificate.

We put a lot of effort in to our casualty simulations, so if you fancy testing yourself dealing with the added stress of the unknowns of the outdoors, working as part of a team to get the best possible outcome - then this is the course for you.

The course runs from Friday evening through until Sunday afternoon. All food will be provided for you during the weekend - letting you concentrate on the learning.

    Any questions, get in touch.

Discounts available for BCUK members - if you are interested, let me know and we can thrash out a deal.

Spaces are limited to 12 students - with any leftovers being offered out to local SAR personnel. This course is about half full at present (we only announced it on Friday), so if you are interested then get in touch.
