If you make listening and observation your occupation you will gain much more than you can by talk.
Robert Baden-Powell
From a purely gamers point of view, no side tracks about the guy himself, or his achievements and tragedies. That looks pap.
C'mon really, do you also have the large number of crew following you on your solo campaign throughout the world. Not for me thanks.
Good Boots 'N' Bed, Coz if you ain't in one you're in the other.
What a joke... his credability just dropped from 1% to 0%
he just makes ray mears look better everyday
This looks like total rubbish, he has got as low as it gets.
'I'd like to have an argument please.'
'Certainly, just the five minutes, or the full half hour'
i for one think its great, i shall buy it and then use it to enhance my "ultimate survival skills", whilst adding gamer points on the playstation... what could be better?
- Nature passes with distinction, the game however probably won't"Test Nature!"

I saw the chap yesterday, he came in by helicopter to a local Scouts gathering not far from my house, the flash git.
Daz
Hahaha little does he know that I have done major work on the engines of that baby!
Hahahahaha! yeah man I sweated all over that chopper!
Dont really see how playing a game and fighting bears will teach me how to survive in britain, but it might be okay for those night with nothing to do...
I hear you get his 'ultimate survival knife' free if you get a 5 coupons from your cereal boxes![]()
Not played it but read the reviews and it's said to be as crap as it looks.. but we knew that already.

cant wait to see what the machima hackers will do with this in a couple of months on youtube.
My favourite comment so far: Hold A + B to drink your own **** (wee).
This ones been in the pipeline for a while now and tbh, Im really looking forward to it. Its probably the closest thing we will get to a 'bushcraft' type game so we may as well make the most!
Hmmm, Battlefield 3, Call of Duty MW3...or Man Vs. Wild....hmmmmm
"Boy, I remember the first time I got shot out of a cannon"
I'm particulalry looking forward to the section on the wii version where you have to bow drill like mad until you sweat like a pig with your wii-mote.... only to discover you dripped on your own coal. Or the bit where you get your fire going but it burns all the tinder you collected before the flame takes to the kindling. Or how about the bit where you got your hammock hang slightly wrong and wake up grumpy in the morning?
Other good sections include.
Assembling a honey stove with frozen fingers.
Getting back into your sleeping bag in the hammock (side zip, mummy bag)
and eating enough biscuits brown to see you until you get home to your throne.

"Test yourself to the limit".... While sat on your backside indoors. Didn't Bear once say he promoted the scouts because he wanted to get kids off there consoles and outdoors?
the modelsarent very good, the movement iswrsé and the gameplay looks boring, and purely making thispoint isnt a guy like bear grills supposed to be encouraging people to go outside not to play video games
Defeat is not the worst of failures. Not to have tried is the true failure.
Failure is success if we learn from it.
battlefield 3 looks good too
