    Default day out with cega

following on from threads about how many blades you take into the woods, i decided to have a day out with just the axe.

    the beast in question!

    compared to a sak

    choping a few sticks

    shaving some kindling

    just chopping some logs

making light work of big logs

the benefit of all that chopping

a shot of the camp site

all packed up and ready to go, having enjoyed a day out!

    thanks for looking, rob

thats fine, its not too important.
so, how is it to use compared to other axes you have used?

We did a mini review, a few months ago, Adam(JLT knives)and myself. I have had a roselli axe which i liked, and a SFA which i did'nt. The review was between Adams Sfa & the cegga. The Sfa ain't got no soul compared to this !. The cegga bit square & deeper, the Sfa seemed to bite with either heel or toe, but the cegga hitting centre every time, you could say i like it !.

There are a few photo's in my back posts if you have a look.

Just wait till you get one.
