Default A wet one ahead of us...

District bushcraft camp this weekend. All the usual bits and bobs, shelter building (going to need that one in a hurry), fire skills (these will be pushed to the limit...Now wheres the accelerant), pioneering (need to practice me knots and lashings) and many other skills on offer from a keen bunch of chaps in our district. I'll be doing the cooking and food prep (what else) and have 100 bunnies, 30 pigeon (pan fried pigeon breast on wild rocket for breakfast) and a fallow to be skinned and spit roasted for sunday lunch...just in time for a special guest arriving...Shhhh...its a secret

    More next week...Stay dry...

It's honking it down here, I'm sitting by the Owl, it's been belting out the kilowatts since six and I probably won't let it go out now until about April.
