Snugpak Special Forces Combo re-branded as Amron?

In my search for the cheapest Snugpak special forces combo on the net, I stumbled across the following on Ebay;

Can anyone confirm or deny that this is likely to be a Snugpak-made variation of the SF combo? Or is it (more likely) a Chinese rip-off being sold as described. I'm pretty sure it's the latter, but I'd just thought I'd cast my line in the 'pond of knowledge'

It's not unusual for manufacturers to make stuff for other brands, sometimes double badged or sometimes completely re-branded.
