Can anyone let me know of somewhere you can buy dried whole egg. I’ve had a look and unless you want a lorry load you’re scuppered

Hi,
I have not used dreid egg but found this on the net and it appears you can dry your own, never tried it myself.

It would be much easier to buy a small quantity but if you can't...
Cheers
I generally buy it from ASDA. Go to the baking section they sell it in small tubs (equivalent to 10 whole eggs apparently) for a couple of quid.
Some Tescos sell it

Thanks guys, I never thought of looking in Tesco's or ASDAs! Doh
Found some in Tescos, is there anything they don't sell. Thanks a lot.
You're welcome. Please let me know what it's like in use as I've never tried it.

"Supercook" brand, in the baking ingredients section. 200g tubs if memory serves.
HTH,
Jim.
It's small and it's fragile and it's the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it, or sell it, or give it away.
