Storage space was never going to be a problem but this is how im going to store it -
Should I make one more trestle for the middle?
Any pointers welcome.

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing."
Politicians urinate on us and the media tell us it's raining.
I think I would, it's a big boat. Also think about a tarp for it and maybe treating it with 303 Aerospace to protect it from UV. Overkill but....
Is that kettle just boiled?
I used 3 when i had my canoe, better safe, someone told me about the weight of snow on the boat, could cause it to bend.

I'd just move the two you have a little closer together to prevent the hull hogging. Jus Chillin is 17 foot and has spent her 21 years on two trestles okay.
Are you really THAT close to paddleable water! Mumble mumble
Al
mumble mumble is right, and it's a pretty good puddle to paddle..!

I'd agree with that too, just move 'em a bit closer together.
I made this for my Pack last year but I'm still using it for my 15ft'er now
The bars are probably about 6ft apart which keeps it level and on the flattest part of the gunwales
A cheaper alternative to the 303 stuff is Armorall protectant from Halfords.

Just a possible observation: But are those Sycamores the canoe is under under? If so think about honeydew. Probably not damaging, but a pain none the less. Look at this link too if interested. Cheap as chips and works a treat.........hc
