How do you sharpen a bent knife blade like the Mora spoon knife?

I'm sure there are a few threads on here about it if you do a search. However, the basic method is to sharpen the outside of bevel using a small stone and to take off the burr on the inside by wrapping a piece of emery paper round a round stick and working that up and down the inside of the blade.
