Yes, I have worked out the MOD one.

TLA= Three-Letter Acronym
NTB= Not Too Bad (also means Nuclear Test Ban)
NuB= probably means Noobie, Newbie or New Guy who is new to all this
EDC etc I think migrated over from knife forums. Also there are some army acronyms that get used. No idea why
There are quite a few online TLA acronym dictionaries but we try to avoid TXT speech too much as it is confusing
Maybe worth a sticky for the most common ones used here?
