Now I am looking for a piece of leather from somewhere to make the sheath for it.
So far it costed me £15 and about 5 hours work (Belt sander from ALDI, Angle grinder from Argos & a few rusty old files and sand papers were used). The blade is very sharp - not scary sharp yet. Handle is quite comfy.
Must admit - quite enjoyed this work.![]()

Oh - sorry. I was lucky on that morning.
Having said that, in the past I missed a few that I really really wanted by few minutes as well.
But it is definitely worthwhile keep checking out what's coming up for sale or swaps just in case - there might be something that you have been looking for in good price.
These ones were - yes they were undeniable bargains.![]()
