Asked for that Fox lightweight tarp for christmas but has anyone used the complete system? And would it be worth getting?

It has what I think is the best mozzie net for a separating system that I have yet found.
The individual items are good but I found the hammock a little small for my somewhat excessive bulk.....

It looks a touch extortionate (vs say, £30 tarp + £25 Hammock + £25 mozzie net) but there are some interesting features. The "Fabric loops underneath the Basha" is something I wish was standard fayre.
Maybe a good comporimise would be a the tarp with something like a DD frontline hammock, there you could use some shock cord to attach the net to the tarp. It would make for a damn quick setup, and save a few bob. Of couse, I'm assuming everyones as skint as me ;-)
Calm down, Moxlob. Remember you hearts . . . .
I saw an earlier non camo version trialed in the jungle a few years ago by the designer and was impressed how secure it seemed when he was bouncing around inside.
Seems like a good rig. Regret that I did not take up the offer to try one and went back to the HH.

This was my original plan but thought Id see what other people thought first. Ive been discussing it with Mike Dixon from Stoneage Bushcraft and he says it his favourite bit of kit and has sold over 200 of them! :O I do like the versatility of being able to seperate the mossie net too, Shame DD dont incorporate this.
And a terrific mod it is. I like to think DD stole the idea from you and owe you royaltiesmore likely just coincidence though...
