Thread: marlinspike cover

    Default marlinspike cover

I had a marlinspike that was poking a hole in my ditty bag. Here is its new cover. I wish I could take credit for the knotting on the spike itself. It was a gift from a friend. The cover is made fron #72 cotton twine using crown knots and a sinnet rose to finish the top. Tony
