Thread: Invasion of the ants

    Default Invasion of the ants

I took a rare walk in some local woods today (rare as most of my trips are canoe based) and came across several massive wood ant mounds. These ants are amazing, a bit like watching a documentry on killer ants in the amazon except they were 5 minutes drive away. They were really big and I cant say I'd ever noticed them before.

I tried to get a decent picture but I have a farely standard digital camera. Quite happy with this one though considering.

Yes sir, Proud to be a member of the' Am-I-really-watching-this-?-must-swirch-off-,-but-its-got-to-get-better-?-and-I've-invested-too-much-time-now-to-switch-off' fan club.

Actually PHASE IV is quite a good little sci-fi 'what-if' film and worth getting if you can.

Of course you may just watch it and hate me, but thats the risk....
