Pretty nice! I've used something similar only instead of using pvc pipe, I used aluminum tubing. Costs a LOT more but it's lighter. I also think you get more control of the sled if you cross the poles behind your back.

theres a bunch of diy designs on the traditional scouting website of BSOA. If any ones interested, I have not had the opp. to try my hand at making one for a couple reasons, 1, I already have a military ahkio that I love dearly, and ,and 2, I am one of those guys who starts 2 projects for every 1 I finish!!!. I figure about 3 or 4 re-incarnations from now I will be close to caught up!!.
