    Default Saami bushcraft videogame

A native finnish guy has spent the last 20 years programming a bushcraft game set in finland in the 10th century. ive been playing it all last night and its really quite educational, containing an encyclopedia of the different peoples cultures, beliefs and bushcraft.

It depends if you can get into this type of keyboard game which is more like a boardgame, but the gameplay is really quite indepth , you can fish by rod or laying nets over night, laytraps in the area, construct a quick shelter ,or later a proper cabin, build a fire (only after collecting the right quantity of wood and spruice twigs, forage, cook your caught fish by salting roasting or drying collect berries and mushrooms (privding you actually have some knowledge of edible species) make clothes (including birchbark shoes) leatherwork the hides you catch, gather bark off trees and trade your wares at local villages for various tools that will make the job easier. Your skill at each task starts out as basic, you can carve your own tools, then actually decorate them with kolrosing. This is a pretty cool game, if hard to get into the menu system.
So if you dont have time to get out bushcrafting this weekend, or want something to do when you should be doing work on the computer, I recommend the $3 price tag which will go towards supporting a Saami guy with some proper modern programming skills

I tried it and I could not shut it down the only way to get rid of it was to shutdown the computer, also the uninstall link does not work ??

Hopefully I have now got rid of it and it has not done anything to the rest of the system.

How do you make it go to full screen ??

I thought it was good but found all the commands rather confusing.

its in the options at the beginning.

I quickly learned you die quick without an axe and that of you dont spend a lot of time chopping firewood you`ll be in trouble later. quite realistic really.
