    look good them, I always thought it was more difficult to make a sausage. Thanks for sharing.

    Yum!

    Interesting about using tougher cuts of meat to keep a bit of texture.

    cooked up some this morning they were fantastic one thing for next time is that it does need more pork I did 50/50 mix this go around I may bump it up to a 60/40 pork to deer next time...
