    I lived in Newfoundland for a year and some of those people have it really hard. Families of 10 in a hut in -50's and 60's very harsh. If they don't get a moose or some other big game they could end up in a terrible state as it's the main food source for the whole winter.

    interesting!
    certainly makes you pause for thought!
    probably a good test of strength & character. imagine living with them for one year and then coming back home to settle into 'normality' again.
