Hi all,
I'm thinking of going on a course with Wildside as they are partners with Bushcraft UK.
Has anyone any experience of their courses.Do they recommend them?
Best wishes,
Oggie.

Hi Oggie, I've been looking at their site as well and am thinking about it, the Canada trip looks good as well.

To his right two stately gates fantastically wrought, supported by stone pillars on whose summit stood Griffin inscribed Per Ardua Ad Astra.
They are taking a group of people to Canada to learn from Mors Kotchanski in his natural habitat, Costs a bit but it would be worth it.

Well, I know it's a tenuous link but if you go to the web page http://www.worldwild.co.uk/adventures.html, there is a picture of 'Stuart', one of the forum members at the top of the page (suspect it was his jungle trip last year?).
If you've seen his book collectionor read any of his posts/reviews, you'll see that he knows what he's talking about! Anyway, I don't know whether he went as a student or (as I suspect) an instructor but I'm sure he'd give you some further information if you ask him.
Or ask Rhoda!!! Mind you - I reckon she might be a bit biased...![]()

It's Adventure In A Bowl...
What trip were you planning on going on may I ask? As I was looking to do a more jungle-based expedition following the success of the Norweigan trip earlier this year....
Cheers
Oggie put a link up to who you mean.
