It was fun to make!

A while ago ( read long time) I was talking to Stephen63. He sendt me a design by mail and i thought it looked interesting.

At the time ZDP189 was very active on the forums so we decided to make a colaborative attempt at this knife. Dan morticed the black and fitted the blade. He also roughly shaped the shaft.

i took the glueing up, final shape and finish.

Blade is by trond wood is curly birch.

I decided to colour this one and tried something a little different.

I used dark shades, blacks, reddish browns bark brown and yellow and this is how it turned out.

I am not a fan of the morticed tang i must say, this would likely make a nice light user. Not sure what to do with it as yet either.
