    Hi its been a long time but im back, the sites changed a bit in the last couple of months any way id like to start biking as in instead of hiking get on my bike and go though i live in ireland and im wondering if any body knows of any places where you can go muontin biking and would a normal railiegh mountin bike do the trick, im just wondering if its worth my time either. Hope sombody can help

    mountain biking is well worth it IMO. As for places to ride I can't help you much asd I only ride local tracks. Where bikes are concerned I may be able to give a few tips, your "normal raleigh wont be up to harsh treatment but for gentle work it should be fine. if you want to PM me about what you want to get into I could suggest a few bikes to look at.

    If you have the money and want to ride hard discs are the thing to have
