Hi,

I'm considering getting another waxed jacket (my current cheap one is getting close to the end of it's life after 15 years) which will end up being used for everyday wear from walking the dog and working in the garden/outside to wearing to the shops etc. Has anybody got any experience/comments on this jacket or any alternatives. Weight etc isn't really a problem as I have a Paramo waterproof for days in the hills etc but I want something more Bonzo proof.

Don't know that jacket, but to save some money have a look in your local TK Max they sometimes get Barbour in. Also if you can manage, there is a factory outlet at their factory near Sunderland/Newcastle. I've got some kit from their and saved a small fortune.
