I looks very well made, he certainly hasnt skimped on the F&F time if the pictures are anything to go by. My only gripe would be that I would like a like more thickness to the blade, but as thats a personal thing it doesnt detract from the knife here.
As long as he got the heat treat done right, and there is no reason to think he hasnt then it looks like a great user.
