    Hi, Anybody know of a UK Seller of the ''ORION SEA DYE MARKER''.

    I got it from West Marine in Miami.
    Tried it for fun. Useless I was told. Not visible from the surface.

    What do you need it for?

    Really only useful to be detected by aircraft. Lots of guidance for preparing before you head out on the water and aids to location on the RNLI website.

    I think a radio beacon is more useful.

    Those dyes are good in very calm waters, not so fantastic in stormy weather or large waves.

    Any drainage / decent plumbers will sell you fluorescence
    Townies- the people that spend the money that allows rural folk to still live in the pretty bits
