Default Blackcurrant Blog (wild fruit wine guide)

I just found this great thread over on the OMF (Outdoors Magazine Forum) posted by British Red which goes through the production of fruit wine (in this case blackcurrant) in great detail and with excellent photos to back it up. The process is still ongoing and there is plenty of other advice for using wild berries too.

Be warned, you will want to rush out and buy a demijohn

    Great tutorial Red

It certainly got me in the mood to pick some Blackberries....a task I usually dread as the things seem to multiply as your picking them!
