Fair enough, but if its tipping it down with rain and its nearly dark, I think i'll just stick with the traditional ridge tent style thats quick and easy to do. Even if I have all day to put up my tarp I still wouldnt bother with some of those designs, far to complicated!!!

I have used the Diamond Fly (about 2/5 of the way down the page) for many years now. With the addition of a sewn on loop in the direct center of the tarp, it makes an exceptionally good shelter. Very simple set up. An advantage if you're in a hurry or after dark.
