A query. I know I am a full member, but suddenly I am appearing as not so. Could this be looked into?

I closed internet explorer, then openned it again - back at BCUK. Is that what you were asking?

If anyone else has this problem, don't worry. Your user setting will be updated and your Full Member title restored as soon as you post on the forum.
