Just took delivery of a Paramo Trail Shirt and Taiga Fleece. Great kit and a great deal from Whalley Warm & Dry (www.whalleyoutdoor.co.uk)
Both in "Forest Green" of course!

Great kit I agree, but be warned half the population thinks just the opposite!

Im a paramo fan, and really like the stretch hat they do amongst other things, but they dont seem to know the difference between blue and black, black is the colour they seem to come in when blue is stated.

I've been tempted by the reversible ones, probably the trail shirt i think. Any one tried these ? Are they the "canines cohones" ?
I've got one and to be honest I'm a bit underwhelmed. It is a nice fleece, but no better at transporting perspiration than my other fleeces.
I am way more impressed with my howies merino wool layer.
fast but dim

the trail shrts are excellent, not too warm, wick well, but more importantly last forever: ive had one 6 yrs and it still looks like new.
dont rate the taiga fleeces, but the waterproofs are very good.

Spot on with the Trail shirt comment. I know an FCS Wildlife Ranger who has had one even longer and believe me the crud and abrasion its subjected to in just 12 months of deer culling has to be seen to be believed. It still though looks new after each wash. As for the fleece it looks  and purposeful but I've only had it on a day.
