Help please in putting an advert together

I am in communication with the editor of a journal called "Small Woods" of the Small Woods Association. This goes out quarterly to about 1500 smll wood owners.

We can place an advert to see if there are owners of woods who would be willing to host a meetup. I am particularly interested in SE England but others might be interested in their area.

The questions are
1) Is it a good idea to place such an advert?
2) Would it come best from just me, or a group, or even from some officials of BushcraftUK?
3) What would it say - about our attitude to caring for the environment, co-operating with the landowner over care of the environment, behaviour, how the site is left after a meetup, about responsibility for any group?
3) What would it say about what we could offer them - including money?

If you're thinking of a BCUK meet up I would suggest PMing Tone, he's always up for new venues...
If it's something like a local gathering then, as it's not a BCUK thing, it's up to you how you go about it.
