Hi.
What would you recommend as a good adhesive for building up a handle?. I have ordered all the components to build a knife, but I don't know what is the best adhesive to join all the handle materials together. And another thing. Where can I get it?

Depends on what you're doing. If you want a primitive adhesive, then Patrick's resin-mix is also known as cutlers' resin for a very good reason :)

I tend to use a decent epoxy - Araldite, JB Weld or DevCon. Available from most DIY shops (while they still exist!)

I use araldite precision on all my knives. Takes a while to set but this time alows you to move or correct anything you are not happy with.

Yep another one for Araldite, although I have been known to use JB weld as well (although more often than not I use that for making stoves).:)
