Survival Guide PDF

I've being producing a survival guide, which at the moment is very basic. Most of the content is just what my community has being posting in the forums that they claim to be their own words.

I compile it myself and make it into a PDF so everyone can read it. :)

I hope you like the masses of recipies though, hehe and I strongly reccomend you try Meatloaf, it is very unique. :D

I would be very greatful if anyone can help me out add alot more content to it, would be great to create a free online bushcraft/survival guide which everyone can read. Just say if your intrested in helping.

If you don't mind me posting my own quick additions (I would offer more help but there are many people on this forum far more knowledgeable than me, plus I don't really have time :( ), I'd add soapwort to your list of soaps, and a few others I'll post later when I've had a proper look :)

Would I be right in saying that you can use some fruits as hair conditioner? Like apple juice and the like?
