hi there all. just wondering if any of you could offer me any info on 2 questions. i,ve got a Frost,s of Mora crook knife and i,m not sure how to use it  ,as it came with no instructions. As you can see i,m a carving virgin. my first question is regarding which part of the blade do i use. i,e the side of the blade or the tip or even both. my second question is how do i sharpen it ,and should i be able to get it razor sharp. i ve made some rustic spoons with my Gransfor,s axe & knife, but i would like to get more use out of said knife. any tips greatfully recieved. cheers!

Not used one, but from what I remember of the Ray Mears video, he was using it sort of like an ice cream scoop, to scoop out shavings from the bowl of the spoon.

hang on, I'll grab some screenshots...

You can sharpen it with some fine wet and dry paper, wrapped round a pencil, and a little oil for lubrication.

Hope that helps.
