Is it a virus that keeps putting in random links? just noticed one on a post I made attached to the word sewing machine ( lets see if it happens again) that just fires you off in some random shopping direction? I didn't put it there, will be very annoying, I only click hyper links on this site alone as they are only added by the members so it's normally connected with the thread, but random links are not fun.
Having a look at them as an option at the moment, google ads weren't popular so this might be an alternative, I should faze them in a little more subtly :D I'll be looking at them over the next few days to see how they fit.
Ah got you, I know it's a please some not all thing, but the ads kind of melted away after a while, but those links are crazy, they just pop out at me in the text. I understand it's a keep the forum going type thing, is it possible to have them the same colour as the text?
I'm going through the settings at the moment, there's a few :D I'll ease off on the word links and keep the actual links till i've got my head around it more.

glad someone else spotted these, i've just spent the best part of an hour searching for the virus that i was sure must have infected my computer at some point and was causing these adverts! i can stop looking now goodjob
