When you go to "Grab the HTML/BBCode" there's a pop-up which lets you select the size. Of course, if your original isn't very big (as yours isn't) you won't get options for the larger sizes.
There's three bits of information in the flickr BBcoding ~ the pic will still work if you dump the bits linking to your pic on their site and to the 'About me' page.
