Dunno if this will work, but here's a little mat I made from the cane which grows like mad all over Portugal. Anyone else have any bright ideas about what it's useful for? It makes pretty good roofing material etc, but I did think it was too small a diameter to do any of the nice stuff as you would with bamboo.
