Ive thought of a helpful idea, some sort of calendar to list the meet dates on.

There is a calendar up the top there already, when it opens click on calendar picker over on the right hand side and then choose the BCUK Meet calendar. Change the year to 2011 and then press go.
You should get something like this ...
