Walking up Skyrrid on sunday and my significant other said "Oh look at this...what is it"

I had no idea.
all i know is it's on aleaf so must have been dropped from something.
Think it could be droppings of a berry eating gnome?

Yeah , pepperoni pizza too by the looks of it
