Hey up chaps and chapesses, not posted on here for a long time, still pop in almost daily to have a read though, thought id show some of the bits and bobs that my father and i have made of late, i collect the raw materials and make the spatula's and he paints them with water colours, please bear in mind that Dad is disabled, has had two eye operations and at times, shakes more than a jelly on a trampoline does. Two pence piece shown for scale.

Holy..... Wow. The paintings on those are amazing. I was impressed by the flowers and then the Butterflies started. The clouded yellow is beautifully painted. I wish I could paint that well on water colour paper, never mind on raw wood... Fantastic work. Thanks for posting these.

Those a really good. There's no reason to preempt your father's works. It's bloody marvelous. :)

How well does the paint stand up to actual use? Is it gone after being used in a stew, or how does that work?

They are purely decorative, not meant tobe used, only hung up and looked at.

My father can paint but not as good as that.

Flowers are too subtle to be easy
