went out to find thistles and try them for first time on thursday prepared it got to the stem peeled it, tried a bit it was good, took a big bite and chewed away, it was at this stage I noticed the centre from there down was hollow, anyone know if I have increased my protein intake or are great mash thistles hollow. Tried sorrell on same walk thats a good nibble.
